Hey my name is Vicki.
I was born on 20th February 1987 at Epsom Hospital.
My first school was Ashley Primary School (now known as Ashley C of E) in Walton, where I then moved onto Cleves Junior School in Weybridge. When the time came I moved to Heathside in Weybridge where I took my GCSE’s and A-levels and realised my enjoyment with studying finance.
I have been a water baby from a young age. From the age of 7 I sailed cadets nationally and internationally enjoying every moment and getting to see lots of places over the UK and Europe. In my last event I managed to finish 9th at an international event, sadly after this I had to give up due to a knee injury caused by sailing.
In 2003 I went on to lifeguarding at the old Walton Swimming Pool, and it was here that I first discovered KEJSC (and Nick!) My first shift was a Tuesday night and it is one I will never forget! I later went on to train to become a swimming teacher. You may therefore see me on poolside helping children out who need an extra push with there swimming to improve their snorkelling technique.
In 2005 I started my studies at The University of Kent in Canterbury studying Accounting and Finance. During my time studying for my degree I took a year out back in Walton working for a Chartered Accountants. This is when I met up with Nick after 2 years and became part of KEJSC.
Due to my degree I have been nominated (maybe pushed) to take up the role of deputy treasurer and to help Dave where possible.
In my spare time I am currently planning our wedding, which is seeming to take a lot of my time up! I also enjoy trampolining once a week, though Nick provides the entertainment! We are currently looking forward to the arrival of our puppy in April :)
